01 — Access
Entry to this site requires a valid access code. Codes are issued to email addresses on the list. One code per address. The code is yours — it is not transferable.
Access to the drop — the ability to purchase — is reserved for list members. If you're on the list before the drop opens, you go first. That is the only guarantee this brand makes.
02 — The Drop
Drop 001 opens December 25, 2026 at 1:45 PM Eastern. List members access checkout before the public window opens.
Units are limited. Checkout is first-come, first-served. Being on the list gives you access. It does not reserve a unit.

03 — No Restocks
Drop 001 will not be restocked. Each piece in The Foundation is produced in a fixed quantity. Once the run sells out, production closes. There are no exceptions, no waiting lists after sellout, no future availability.
04 — All Sales Final
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Every unit is committed to production the moment checkout closes. The decision to purchase is final.
If a piece arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@unclmnd.com within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right.
05 — This Site
UNCLMND is operated independently. This site is provided as-is. We reserve the right to change drop dates, prices, and availability before purchase is completed. We will communicate any material changes to the list before they take effect.
